A dance film that displays a relationship between two Holocaust victims, told through the medium of dance and movement. This emotional piece is a homage to the victims.
Founder and Director Reece Millard came up with this concept from imagery of tribal fashion couture. Then after visiting Uganda, he took inspiration from their culture and even learnt and shared dance moves with a local children's orphanage 'Bwindi Community Orphanage', so this piece really has an authenticity to it, which is always extremely important to HOZO.
This piece is a play on the tribes of 'Baganda' Uganda's Royal Kingdom.
A music video inspired by the connotations surrounding the word 'TRAPPED' exploring both physical and mental entrapment with reference to Stockholm syndrome. A passion project created for the love of art and artistic expression.
